So now your engaged. You really have to get it together to get everything done, how are you going to do it? It happens everyday and you will get through it. Plus you've got to spend quality time with your fiancĂ© and make sure you're not neglecting your friends…. Well, stop freaking, because plenty of brides manage this, and with one word: multitasking. Try any of these two-at-a-time ideas:
Create date nights as you go down your list of vendor appointments. Okay, maybe it's not so romantic picking out table linens, but sampling gourmet food and cake flavors is pretty sweet. You can follow it up with a trip to the movies — or just head home for a different sort of workout. Have a night out with the girls and go listen to potential wedding bands.
Schedule to meet your friends close to where your appointments are. Meet for a.m. coffee or a postwork drink. Then politely excuse yourself when it's time to head to your dress fitting — they can come along if they want!
Have a romantic midday rendezvous with your guy. Tell your boss you have a lunch date and meet up with your future hubby across town. There are so many ways you can squeeze some fun into the process.
It's exciting to meet up at a time and place you wouldn't normally! Especially where you're not surrounded by invitations that need stuffing or thank-you notes that need writing.
The point is, the process doesn't have to be stressful, its all how you approach it. In the end, you will still pull the day off and married you will be.

Are you going to be bridezilla or the blushing beautiful bride on your wedding day?
I have several clients that are beating themselves up now because they waited too long to get started on their exercise regimen. They didn't plan enough in advance and now they are not only not eating well but they are also stressing out about whether they are going to get into the shape they want to be in to fit into their beautiful wedding dress.
Don't wait, you have enough going on at the last minute. If you think you can't afford it, you can't afford not too, the amount of stress you put on yourself will take its toll and you will not be a happy camper on your wedding day. You have heard of bridezilla, will that be you or will you be the blushing, beautiful bride you have always dreamed of.
For 20-25 dollars per session depending on how far out your wedding is will get you pounds lost, inches lost, defined mid section, arms, shoulders, measurements, monthly fitness goals, grocery tour, nutrition lecture, weekly email coaching and homework.
Don't wait too long, treat yourself well and join now.
Fitness posture is just as important as just holding that picture pose. Wouldn't it be nice if you could have posture naturally without having to pose? Brides come in all shapes and sizes, your dress can flatter your best physical features and make looking at those pictures years from now just as exciting as the first day.
Posture is important as you age too, start now and you won't be a hunched over grandma when you are older. By taking fitness seriously now you will not only look great for the wedding but feel spectacular too. We all want to see a blushing bride not bridezilla.

Drop and Give Me 60... Minutes!
Planning a wedding is hard work, but that's no excuse for skipping your exercise routine. If you're already burning calories just trying to zip up your wedding dress, it's even more reason to find the time NOW so you can breathe easier in your gown later.
"I do!" isn't only a vow you make on your wedding day. It's a vow I expect you to make to me, a promise to stick to your exercise schedule and avoid the temptation to backslide on rest days. Those rest days are for your muscles to regroup, not for you to be a couch potato.
Let's face it: Running around because your schedule is packed and running to elevate your heart rate and stay fit are two different things. It is imperative that you maintain and even increase your fitness at a time like this, when the only thing longer than your bridal train is your to-do list.
If exercise were something you could buy at the supermarket, you'd read the label and discover these healthy ingredients: energy boosters, stress relief, good vibes, an adrenaline rush, and sweet dreams. Wouldn't you put that in your shopping cart no matter the cost?
It turns out that exercise IS expensive. Not in terms of money, of course, because there are plenty of perfectly free hills and staircases to climb. Exercise is expensive in terms of your time, which is in short supply like never before. It's time to get creative.
You can double task: Sync your workout to your social life by turning exercise into a date with your honey. It's good for your heart any way you look at it! Or you can use guerrilla tactics: Instead of sticking rigidly to your schedule, wedge in your workouts when a slot suddenly opens in the day. All it requires is being alert and prepared to grab the moment. (Make sure your sneakers are always handy, too.)
Fortunately, exercise gives you the energy and mental clarity to get through the most jam-packed schedule. For every hour spent on exercise, you will get that time back — and more — in terms of increased stamina and productivity.

Can you fit into the wedding dress of your dreams?
You have so many details to take care of when planning your wedding. Are you taking care of yourself also? You probably have met with a wedding planner to stay on top of all the details that need your attention from now until your wedding day, but have you given thought to how will you get into shape and fit into the dress you want instead of the dress you may have to settle for when the wedding date actually gets too close to address the issue?
Stress is also something you may want to think about when planning out your wedding, you don't want to be the next bridezilla or do you? I offer 3 month, 6 months or 1 year out from the wedding date packages designed for you and anyone in the bridal party and even guests that may want to really get in shape for your special occasion and have fun in the process by working out together.
Don't wait until you are a month out or so and then try some crazy diet to lose the weight, it will not work and you will be even more stressed out than usual especially if you are starving yourself during that last month. Do yourself and everyone else a favor and get started now, so you can safely lose the weight, lose the inches and keep the stress at bay, you will have enough on your plate to worry about and exercise is a great stress reliever.
